Greg has spent the last 30 years in the electrical industry and has been focused on alternate energy DC systems that will play a significant role in solving challenges with the nation’s grid system. His greatest strength is solving complex problems with simple cost effective solutions, using his creative and technical skills. As President and co-founder of a Pacific Northwest company, ALTEN Battery Chargers Inc., Greg plays an active role and has a vested interest in the development of the distributed energy market, including the emerging Smart Grid. Prior to co-founding ALTEN, Greg held senior management positions with Siemens Electric and Schneider Electric, and has provided advisory services to companies like Xantrex Technology Inc.. As an inventor of the patented Minumizer, an energy saving controller and founder of XTROL Corp, Greg has extensive experience in bringing new technologies to market. |
